XLI 2020 Permission Form

The cost for XLI is $285.

This includes breakfast and dinner, supplies, and an XLI t-shirt.

Please contact the business office if you have questions regarding finances. If you have any questions about the retreat, please e-mail Mr. Lyons in the Campus Ministry office. The questions below should be answered completely and honestly.
