Sophomore Time Line

Sophomores:
Counselors will meet with each Sophomore individualy this spring to introduce them to MyRoad.com and give them their account information.  MyRoad is a search tool by College Board that offers information about colleges and assists in matching students with  appropriate colleges.  They will also be introducing a new program, Naviance, which will assist in the college process.  During this meeting they will also touch  on scheduling, PSATs and academic progress.

Connecticut Historical Society Museum and Library:
Is offering a tuition-based program for students entering the 10-12 grades.  The program will help students develop the skills which are necessary for success in college and any career, including teamwork, communications, public-speaking, responsibility, and self-confidence.  For more information visit Guidance or go to www.chs.org
