Xavier's Online Community
Email, Groups, Newsletters, Your Profile, Facebook connection and so much more...
The Xavier High School Online Community is Here!
After much preparation the Online Community is now a reality on our website. Some items and features are under construction. So please check back often as we update theses features. We will strive to bring you an interesting, informative and useful website.
Alumni, Present Parents, and Parents of Alums, Present Grandparents and Staff join our Faculty as members of the community.
Click on the “login” link in the upper right hand corner of the webpage (in the sky and clouds area).
When you get to the Member Login page, choose "First Time Login." It is located just above the "username" box on that page.
You will be asked to search for your record by putting in your first and last name. A list of members will come up (There could be more than one person with your first and last name). The list will show class year (for Alumni) and city and state of residence that we have on file to help you choose the correct record. When you select a record and click on “next” you will be asked to provide your Constituent ID (use this link to request the ID ) and then press verify. If successful, you will be asked to create a username and password that you will use from then on when signing in to the online community.
Time Saver for community members – If you login before completing any of our online forms, the form will be pre-filled with information from your profile making it quicker and easier for you.
Alumni - Use our online What's New form to tell us about what you are doing so we may add it to our next Xavier Today magazine.
You will then have access to your online Profile. You will be able to build, update and add information to your profile. You will have control of what information is shown. Detailed instructions are available as you work through these pages.
Students will be added to the community during the summer. They will receive their Code/ID# in a mailing with other school information. They will then be able to login in the same manner described above.
Facebook Connect will be available to any member who has a Facebook account. After your first time login to the community, you will be able to set up a common login using your Facebook credentials (username and password) that will automatically log you into both our community and Facebook. (You won’t have to do 2 separate logins and will just need to remember one username and password) If you are logged in via Facebook Connect, it will allow you to optionally publish campaign and event information to your Facebook profile feed.
Non-Member/Guests will be asked to create simple accounts (username& password) in order to access certain secure pages of the website (event registrations, donations, etc.).
All content pages previously available are still accessible without the need to login. However, areas like the online directory, groups and other special content are available only to community members and will not be available unless you login.
