Students must include copies of their 6th, 7th and 8th grade report cards with their application. Acceptance is based on the results of the entrance test and grades in the seventh and eighth grade. In some instances, an interview is required before an admissions decision is made. Upon acceptance, and parental registration, a $500 registration fee is due.

Transfer Students

Students wishing to transfer into Xavier High School are asked to call 860-346-7735 ext. 702 for information on the transfer process. They will be asked to schedule an interview at which time they will need to provide transcripts from previous and current school years. Following the interview they will need to complete an application containing an essay explaining their reasons for wanting to transfer into Xavier. Acceptance decisions are made as space becomes available.
