“Nothing special is achieved without much labor, effort and zeal.”
– from the Foundational Principles of the Xaverian Brothers
Xavier High School is committed to preparing 21st century students in an all-boys, Catholic environment that is academically rigorous and college-preparatory. Our focus on Engineering is a testament to that commitment.
We offer a dedicated Engineering track of coursework for students who are particularly interested in the study and application of Engineering with an eye trained on continuing that education in college.
Beginning with Physics in freshman year, our Science Department also offers Engineering I and Engineering II, culminating with AP Physics C (which is also a UCONN ECE course) – a class specifically designed for students who are interested in majoring in Physics or Engineering. Additionally, our Mathematics Department offers Geometry, Algebra II and AP Calculus (both AB and BC).
Beyond the classroom experience, Xavier has a sterling reputation in the world of Engineering thanks to our World Champion Engineering Team and our renowned Robotics Team, the FullMetal Falcons.
