Richard Dighello '87 is a principal with the law firm of Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C., and has been with the firm for 23 years. He is a member of the litigation department and practices primarily in the areas of asbestos defense, product liability, toxic torts, commercial litigation and construction law.
He is one of the many Xavier High School grads who will be at the Xavier Leadership Institute (XLI) sharing his time, talent and insights with this year's class. XLI is Aug. 11-15. About 75 rising seniors will be attending. One of them is Dighello's son Nicholas '20.
"Four partners and one associate at our firm are Xavier graduates from classes spanning nearly two decades," Dighello said. "None of us were in class together, but we are all bonded by our shared experience at Xavier. Perhaps not surprisingly, all four partners have chosen to send their children to either Xavier or Mercy – and so the legacy continues."
