The Xavier High School Guidance, Campus Ministry and Religion Departments are holding a program for the parents of the freshmen class Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in St. Joseph's Dining Hall.

The Religion and Campus Ministry Departments will present an overview of Xavier's retreat and service programs and their relationship to life at Xavier. The Guidance Department will provide insight and perspective as to its role in the academic and personal growth of freshmen over the next four years.

Members of the three departments as well as senior Peer Ministers will share information and answer questions.

The program is intended to help make the adjustment to freshman year as smooth as possible for students and their parents.

Mr. Jeremy Fowler is the Religion Department chairman, Mr. Richard Magner is the Director of Guidance, and Mr. Peter Lyons is the Director of Campus Ministry.
