Applications 

Applications for Financial Aid for the 2024–2025 school year can be accessed through FACTS Tuition Management. Applications and the necessary supporting documentation must be submitted to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by January 31, 2024.

PLEASE NOTE: APPLICATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH SCHOOL YEAR.

Tuition Contracts for the school year will be mailed in February. Signed contracts for each student attending Xavier in the fall should be returned to the Business Office by April.

Reminder

All tuition and fees are collected online through Tuition Management.  Tuition and fees may be paid by credit card or automatic withdrawal from a savings or checking account.  There is a $38 annual enrollment fee with Tuition Management.  

All tuition must be paid in full by April 2024. Tuition that is not received on the due date will be considered delinquent. Students whose accounts are delinquent at any point during the year may be suspended from all extra-curricular sports and activities and may not be allowed to sit for classes and/or semester or final exams.
