PHILANTHROPY ADVISOR
Your Xavier High School philanthropy advisors have a new name. We are now the Alumni & Development team. We will offer you monthly ideas and suggestions on ways you can make tax-wise, and thoughtful investment choices in your Xavier High School. If you have specific questions be in touch directly. Our contact information in at the bottom of ENEWS.
When considering how you can influence your favorite causes there are two directions you can consider. Current use charitable gifts are donations that organizations can use right away to support their immediate needs and ongoing programs. When you make a current use gift, the organization can use the money or resources to make an impact now. These gifts are like a helping hand right when it is needed the most.
Planned gifts, on the other hand, are donations that are arranged to benefit the organization in the future. Instead of providing immediate support, these gifts are like a thoughtful investment in the organization’s long-term success. People often plan these gifts to make sure their support and their legacy continues even after they are no longer around. Long-term support is commonly made through a donor’s bequest or trust.
During these challenging times, Xavier High School needs your helping hand more than ever. Please consider making an immediate use gift to the Annual Fund by clicking HERE. Thank you.

XAVIER HIGH SCHOOL PRAYER - read at the close of school each day
Loving Father,
We ask you to protect the students, faculty and staff at Xavier High School.
Guide us to salvation by following the example of Jesus Christ, your Son.
Inspire us with your grace, to seek both academic success and spiritual wisdom as we use your gifts and talents in service to others.
Help us to find the strength and passion to be leaders and pioneers like Theodore James Ryken, the Xaverian Brothers and those who founded our school.
May we, in turn, accept the challenge to spread the Word of God and make the world a better place for all people.
We ask this, through Christ, our Lord. Amen
Saint Francis Xavier pray for us.
- Chris Danko ’11 and Francis Rowland ‘11
